When you visit us for dinner, we offer you a €26,50 menu consisting of three dishes of your choice.
Ofcourse it is not obligatory to have an entire menu. Having one or two dishes is also an option.

Beef carpaccio with parmesan cheese, pinenuts and fresh pesto

Pike-perch-rilette with homemade Vadouvan mayonaise

Smoked-fish salad with dilleweed

Chioggia beet "carpaccio" with legumes, traditional dutch vegetables, grilled green asparagus, chia- and hempseeds and truffle-vinaigrette

Gamba's in lime-sage-garlic-butter

Salmon-filet served with glasswort-dilleweed oil

Codfish in white wine en papilotte with fennel and sea-lavender 

Irish steak served with sauce of tawny port, red wine and truffle

Boeuf Bourguignon

3 hot tomatoes stuffed with 3 different vegetarian fillings

Guinea fowl with tarragon

Chickpea-pancakes with avocado, alfalfa, cashewnuts, dates and sesame-oil

Giant mushroom with spinach, mozzarella and tomato in sage-marinade served with homemade ravioli filled with ricotta-cheese, parmesan and artichoke

Main courses are served with either pommes Louis (homemade French fries fried in coconut oil) or quinoa with fresh herbes. Besides that we serve either warm vegetables or salad.
